POST /v1/business/payouts/bulk

Queue a CSV batch of up to 100 mobile money payouts. Every row waits for PIN approval unless a valid pin is sent.

Access

Signed-in dashboard session with the payouts.create permission. Internal API used by the Dutch dashboard; it can change without notice.

Errors

Errors use { "error": "code", "message": "text" }. A missing permission answers 403 permission_required; a missing session 401.
