Collection workflows for business payments

Collections let a business initiate and track incoming payment workflows through the configured partner integration. The dashboard provides an operational context for collection activity, while API clients can connect collection requests to their own checkout, reconciliation, or customer-service processes.

Mobile money collections work in Cameroon, Ghana, Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda. There is no verification code: the customer simply approves the payment on their phone. Collections move real money, so set your limits first and start with a small amount. Never expose customer details in application logs.
